Welcome to Speed88. This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and Speed88 ("Platform", "we", or "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Speed88 platform — whether via website or mobile device — you automatically agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines contained in this document.

• You do not currently hold an existing Speed88 account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one member account. Registering multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• You are not on Speed88's list of individuals banned from using this platform for reasons determined by us.

The Speed88 account registration process is designed to be simple and quick. You will need to provide your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, a valid email address, and a strong password. Identity verification via SMS OTP is required to activate a new account.

Each Speed88 account is the personal property of the member and may not be shared, transferred, or sold to any other party under any circumstances. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within your account, including any bets placed and transactions conducted using your login credentials.

You are responsible for keeping your Speed88 account password confidential. All financial transactions on Speed88 are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption. Every withdrawal request must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name. Speed88 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances – this is a security measure designed to protect you from fraud.

For live in-play Sports Betting, the odds displayed on screen at the time a bet is placed and confirmed are the odds that will apply to that bet. Any change in odds occurring after the bet has been confirmed will not affect the accepted bet.

Each bonus or promotion carries specific terms and wagering requirements (rollover/turnover) that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. • There is evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity associated with the account in question.
• The member has engaged in bonus abuse or deliberate system exploitation.
• The account has been found to be accessed or operated by a party other than the registered owner.
• The member provided false information during registration or in any communication with Speed88.
• There is a legal or regulatory requirement obligating Speed88 to terminate the account in question.

In the event of account termination due to fraud or a serious breach of the Terms & Conditions, Speed88 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account concerned and is under no obligation to return any funds to members who have violated the rules.

The Speed88 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. Speed88 does not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption, free from errors, or fully secure from cyber threats, although we take all reasonable steps to maintain a high standard of service.

Under no circumstances shall Speed88's liability to any member exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim. Speed88 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of our platform.
